Restart your Device.
A lot of issues are easily resolved by simply restarting your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad. If you are having problems, try this first.
Redownload and Reinstall the Application.
If restarting doesn’t help, you may want to try re-downloading the application and installing it again. If you want to remove the application from your device first, just be aware that removing an application will delete application data for good.

What tab file formats does Guitar Tabs support?
Currently, Guitar Tabs supports GuitarPro versions 3, 4, & 5.
How can I purchase tabs in the Song Store screen?
Make sure you have enough credits to buy the songs you want. Otherwise, select "Buy More (Credits)" from the Song Store to purchase additional credits through your iTunes or AppStore account.
Why do I have to buy credits?
Purchases can be made through the in-app store in $0.99, $1.99, $3.99, $7.99, $15.99, $19.99 and $29.99 increments. We want to be able to provide more value to our customers by offering some songs for less.
Can I transfer the songs I've purchased to my other device with Guitar Tabs?
Yes, you will need to login using the same account with which you purchased same songs. Then in Song Store, select the "Purchased" tab to see the songs you already owned. You don't need to repurchase them.
Why do I need to enable Location Services when using Song Store?
Doing so would allow you to see additional songs in the Song Store that are restricted to your territory.
Can I upload tabs from my desktop to Guitar Tabs?
Yes, just go to the Upload screen using its toolbar button from the tab browser screen. Keep this screen open and then visit the URL shown on the screen (e.g., http://192.168.1.101) with your desktop web browser.
Can I download tabs available on tab sites on the internet?
Yes, you can download tabs in the GuitarPro (GP) format from the list of tab sites provided in "Download" screen.
What differences are there between the Full and Lite versions?
The Full version allows you to have an unlimited number of tab uploads, supports playback looping, and does not include in-app advertisements.
In what languages is Guitar Tabs available?
Guitar Tabs is available in English, Chinese (Simplified), Japanese, Spanish, German, and French.
How do I enable playback looping?
Use either the "Loop" toolbar button in the tab display screen, or "tap-and-hold" on the start and end measures to access contextual menus for creating the loop endpoints.
Why won't my downloaded tab work?
Check to make sure that you downloaded a "GuitarPro"-formatted tab. Pocket Jamz Guitar Tabs currently supports only "GuitarPro" formatted songs. In addition, some tabs may be incorrectly titled or encoded.
Are there tutorials on how to use Guitar Tabs?
Guitar Tabs includes a "Help" section that can be accessed by tapping the i button in the Song Library.
What iOS versions does the Guitar Tabs app support?
Guitar Tabs can run on iOS 4.2 or later
App is not launching, or launching then crashing immediately.

2. Check for updates.
3. Reinstall the app.
